BarrelWise supports winemakers by optimizing the production of their best quality wines. The BC-based company applies technical expertise to complex winemaking problems, offering winemakers a degree of control which has never before been possible.
With the company’s systems, wineries know more about their production chain, log less manpower hours and produce superior wine. One primary tool is a sensor which measures SO2 in wine, inside the wine barrels. The company is also working on measuring volatile acidity in wine.
