This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you request information from Ag Capital Canada (ACC) or request to be contacted.

While submitting your contact information to us, we may ask that you offer certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, which may include but is not limited to your email address, first name and last name, company name, phone number and geographical location (address).

We may use tracking technologies such as Google analytics to track the activity on our site and store certain information. Tracking technologies on some sites, sometimes referred to as cookies, may include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information to help improve and analyze our services. Ag Capital Canada may use personal data for the following purposes: To provide and maintain our services, to compile information on parties interested in availing themselves of our services, and to contact parties by email, telephone calls, SMS, mail or other equivalent electronic methods. We may also want to provide you with relevant news, general information about the ACC fund and our services, the arrangement of discussions about issues of mutual business interests, and to inform you of events in which you may be interested.

The company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of Ag Capital Canada, its associates and General Partners to carry out our business. We will retain and use your personal data for internal analysis purposes and will not share with companies who may wish to undertake promotional or sales efforts. ACC will also take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely. No transfer of your personal data will take place to a different organization or country without your permission.
